Intendant General William Gray, together with Deputy IG Tony Burke and a team of active officers made an official visit to Roger de Mowbray Conclave on 5 March 2025.

The Conclave meets at the Golden Lion Hotel, Northallerton, and business was the proclamation of MPS Philip Mort  and Viceroy Martyn Marocco for a further year. The short ceremonial was conducted in commendable fashion by Marshal David Kirwan and afterwards the members and visitors retired for an excellent dinner.
